The Department of Computer Science and Engineering started in the year 2016 under the umbrella of the School of Engineering & Technology with the aim to impart high quality and practical education to the students in the field of Computer Science and Engineering. The department is currently offering a B. Tech. programme in CSE. The department is also starting a Ph.D. program in 2020 under various specializations.
The objectives of the B. Tech. programme are to prepare graduates who will:-
- Be successful professionals in the industry, government, academia, research, entrepreneurial pursuit and consulting firms.
- Contribute to society as broadly educated, expressive, ethical and responsible citizens with proven expertise.
- Achieve peer recognition, as an individual or in a team; through demonstration of good analytical, technical and implementation skills.
- Thrive to pursue lifelong learning to fulfil their goals.
